Crème de la Crème of Microvinification Wines
Malo undergoes a selective winemaking technique called microvinification where around the clock care is given to every barrel. We begin this entirely handmade process by choosing the absolute best grapes from our premium lots.
Then, we ferment the wine in small batches in specialized containers at controlled temperatures, before aging the wine, and rotating each barrel by hand. The result? Exotic, elegant and complex - a wine like no other.
